WrestleMania 42 rolls into its second and final night on Sunday at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, with six matches set to cap off what has already been a wild weekend. Night 1 delivered seven bouts and crowned three new champions, and the stakes only escalate from here.
The main event pits world heavyweight champion CM Punk against Roman Reigns. The two feuded at last year's WrestleMania in a triple threat that also included Seth Rollins, but this time it's one-on-one with gold on the line. CBS Sports experts are calling it one of the most consequential rematches in recent WrestleMania history.
Perhaps the most anticipated match of the weekend, however, opens the card. Oba Femi, the 27-year-old powerhouse who has torn through both Raw and SmackDown since his main roster debut, faces legend Brock Lesnar after answering an open challenge. CBS Sports experts favor Femi, noting it has been nearly a decade since a superstar under 30 has won a world title — a stark contrast to an earlier era when Lesnar, Randy Orton and John Cena were ascending at similar ages.
Four titles are up for grabs on Night 2. Intercontinental champion Penta defends in a six-man ladder match against Je'Von Evans, Dragon Lee, JD McDonagh, Rusev and Rey Mysterio. United States champion Sami Zayn faces rookie Trick Williams, while WWE women's champion Jade Cargill squares off with former titleholder Rhea Ripley in a clash between two of the division's biggest stars. It's a card built to deliver spectacle and turning points headed into the next chapter of WWE programming.
