Federico Dimarco had a season worth commemorating. He chose to do it with a free retro video game.
The Inter Milan and Italy wing-back was named Serie A Most Valuable Player for the 2025-26 season after recording 18 assists in a single campaign, an all-time record for the league. Inter also won the Scudetto and the Coppa Italia, completing a domestic Double. To mark all of it, Dimarco launched a playable game available on his personal website, dimash32.com, according to Yahoo Sports.
The game uses retro-style graphics depicting moments from his season. It is free to play and built around a concept that mirrors how Dimarco approaches football. Rather than scoring goals, the objective is to set up assists, reflecting his role as one of Europe's most productive wide defenders.
"This mini game with retro vibes is absolutely free and just a nice and fun way of sharing a moment of my story with you," Dimarco wrote. "I have no demands and don't want anything more than your smile. Just like after a goal or… an assist."
The game involves jumping through levels while avoiding opposition players, a loose analog to what Dimarco does on a football pitch. It comes with what has been described as an annoyingly catchy tune.
Dimarco's 18-assist record surpasses what any player has managed in a single Serie A season. His combination of set-piece delivery, overlapping runs, and crossing from the left flank made him the creative engine of an Inter side that dominated Italian football this year. The MVP award recognized that contribution across the full campaign.
