German electronicore band Electric Callboy have released a new single featuring Dexter Holland of The Offspring, and for the band, the collaboration is something they describe as surreal.

The track is called "Let the Good Times Roll" and pairs Electric Callboy's genre-blurring sound, which combines metalcore breakdowns with techno drops and pop hooks, with Holland's tenor voice. Holland is best known for fronting The Offspring on songs like "Come Out and Play," which hit No. 1 on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart in 1994, and "Self Esteem," which peaked at No. 4 on the same chart.

According to Billboard, the single is the latest preview of TANZNEID, Electric Callboy's forthcoming album due August 7. The band described the moment in a statement. "The Offspring have been one of the bands that shaped us from the very beginning," Electric Callboy said. "Their music was part of our lives long before Electric Callboy even existed, so having Dexter on this song honestly feels surreal."

Holland said the track caught his attention right away. "When Electric Callboy sent us the track, it immediately put a grin on our faces," he said. "It's energetic, unpredictable and doesn't take itself too seriously — exactly the kind of spirit we've always loved about punk and rock music. I had a blast being part of 'Let the Good Times Roll.'"

The single drops as Electric Callboy launches into the European festival season, with appearances this week at Rock am Ring and Rock im Park. The band's TANZNEID World Tour also includes an Australian leg in September, presented by Destroy All Lines, with Ice Nine Kills and Coldrain as support acts.

The Australian run opens at RAC Arena in Perth on September 4 and moves through Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, with two shows scheduled at Riverstage in Brisbane on September 12 and 13. The September 12 date is already sold out. Tickets are available at destroyalllines.com.

Formed in Germany in 2010, Electric Callboy built a global following through viral hits including "Hypa Hypa," "We Got the Moves," and "RATATATA," the last of which featured BABYMETAL. Their 2022 album TEKKNO accumulated hundreds of millions of streams worldwide. TANZNEID is available for pre-order now.
