Both Kylian Mbappé and Vinicius Jr. were back in group training at Valdebebas on Thursday morning, clearing a path for Real Madrid ahead of Sunday's La Liga fixture against Celta Vigo.
According to Yahoo Sports, concern had surfaced among supporters on Wednesday after it emerged that both attackers were working through individual sessions away from Carlo Ancelotti's main group. The separate work raised fears that one or both players could miss the weekend clash.
Those worries were removed quickly. Both players received the green light to rejoin the squad and were seen participating in group activities Thursday morning. With their return to full training, both Mbappé and Vinicius are expected to feature from the start against Celta Vigo on Sunday, according to Madrid Universal.
Ancelotti can now approach the Celta fixture with his forward line intact. The swift turnaround from individual to group work in the span of a single day suggests neither issue was serious. For now, both Vinicius and Mbappé are fit, back in group training, and pointed toward Sunday.
