The Buffalo Bills defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers 28-27 in a preseason finale at Highmark Stadium. Buffalo opened the scoring with a 33-yard field goal by Tyler Bass before Pittsburgh quarterback Will Howard threw two first-quarter touchdown passes. Howard connected with Germie Bernard for a 13-yard score and Lake McRee for a 5-yard touchdown, giving the Steelers a 14-3 lead. Frank Gore Jr. scored for Buffalo on a 1-yard run in the second quarter. Pittsburgh’s Eli Heidenreich added a 9-yard rushing touchdown in the third quarter, while Buffalo answered with a 28-yard touchdown run by Skyler Bell. Kaden Wetjen returned a punt 45 yards for a Pittsburgh touchdown in the fourth quarter, although the ensuing two-point conversion failed. Bass then made a 42-yard field goal to pull Buffalo within seven points. With just over a minute remaining, Ian Wheeler scored on a 2-yard run, and quarterback Shane Buechele connected with Dante Pettis for the two-point conversion that gave Buffalo the 28-27 victory. The Bills finished the preseason 3-0, while Pittsburgh finished 1-2. Attendance at Highmark Stadium was 59,001.

The Los Angeles Rams defeated the Los Angeles Chargers 20-18 in their preseason finale at SoFi Stadium. Rams kicker Harrison Mevis made two field goals and two extra points, accounting for eight points. Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert provided one of the game's biggest plays with a 65-yard touchdown pass to Quentin Johnston in the first quarter. Rams rookie quarterback Ty Simpson answered in the second quarter with an 11-yard touchdown pass to Brennan Presley as Los Angeles built a 13-7 halftime lead. Cameron Dicker made a 34-yard field goal for the Chargers in the third quarter. Rams quarterback Matthew Caldwell then connected with Dean Connors for an 8-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter to extend the lead to 20-10. Chargers running back Greg Desrosiers rushed for 118 yards on nine carries, including a 34-yard touchdown run, and D.J. Uiagalelei completed the two-point conversion pass to Evan Svoboda to make the score 20-18. The Chargers had a final opportunity to take the lead, but Uiagalelei lost a fumble after being sacked with less than a minute remaining. The Rams completed an undefeated 3-0 preseason, while the Chargers finished 1-2.

The Cleveland Browns defeated the New England Patriots 37-13 in their preseason finale at Huntington Bank Field. Quarterback Dillon Gabriel led Cleveland's offense, completing 12 of 15 passes for 186 yards and three touchdowns. Gabriel threw two touchdown passes to Luke Floriea and another to running back Ahmani Marshall. New England quarterback Tommy DeVito completed two of four passes for 55 yards, including a 45-yard touchdown to Kyle Williams. Browns running back Davon Booth capped a 98-yard fourth-quarter drive with an 8-yard touchdown run. Kicker Andre Szmyt made three field goals and four extra points, accounting for 13 of Cleveland's points. Patriots quarterback Behren Morton completed 18 of 28 passes for 123 yards but threw two interceptions and was sacked three times. Cleveland finished with 379 total yards and held New England scoreless in the second half. Attendance at Huntington Bank Field was 53,178.

The San Francisco 49ers defeated the Las Vegas Raiders 18-12 in their preseason finale at Allegiant Stadium, with every point in the game coming on a field goal. Raiders kicker Matt Gay made four of five attempts, including a 53-yarder, while San Francisco's Eddy Piñeiro was perfect on all six of his field-goal attempts. Piñeiro connected from 24, 25, 48, 59, 51 and 54 yards, with his 54-yard field goal in the final seconds providing the game's final points. Khalil Herbert rushed eight times for 39 yards for San Francisco, while Jordan James added 35 yards on eight carries. 49ers quarterback Mac Jones completed one of five passes for seven yards during limited action, while Aidan Martinez led San Francisco with 130 passing yards. Jordan Watkins caught four passes for 64 yards for the 49ers. Las Vegas rookie quarterback Fernando Mendoza completed seven of 14 passes for 57 yards with one interception. San Francisco finished the preseason 2-1, while Las Vegas finished 1-2. Attendance at Allegiant Stadium was 62,104.
