The cast for Season 35 of Dancing With the Stars was revealed Wednesday morning, with actors, athletes, and reality television personalities set to compete when the show returns later this month.
Announced on Good Morning America, the full list of celebrity and professional pairings includes Julia Stiles, who will dance with Ezra Sosa, and Taylor Hanson, who will be paired with Britt Stewart. Jenna Dewan, who began her career as a backup dancer for Janet Jackson and has hosted multiple dance competition shows, will partner with Val Chmerkovskiy. Harry Shum Jr., who has performed as a backup dancer for Beyoncé, Alicia Keys, Jennifer Lopez, and Mariah Carey, will dance with Jenna Johnson.
On the professional side, last year's winner Witney Carson returns and will dance while pregnant, partnered with Guillermo Rodriguez. Sharna Burgess rejoins the cast for the first time since 2011, after competing for 14 seasons total and winning once. This season she is partnered with Tyler Cameron.
According to Variety, a newcomer to the professional roster is Hailey Bills, who was a troupe member last season. She will form the second-ever same-sex partnership on the show, dancing with Sarah Jane Nader. Dancing With the Stars: The Next Pro winner Adele Zaikman also joins the professional cast and will dance with Conner Leavitt.
Other celebrity competitors include Maura Higgins with Mark Ballas, Jackson Olson with Emma Slater, Ciara Miller with Brandon Armstrong, Amber Glenn with Pasha Pashkov, Connor Wood with Rylee Arnold, Ezra Frech with Daniella Karagach, Giada De Laurentiis with Alan Bersten, and Tatyana Ali with Jan Ravnik.
The new season kicks off with a live two-night premiere on Tuesday, September 16, and Wednesday, September 17, on ABC and Disney+.
