Zayn has dropped the strongest hint yet that he's planning to bring his solo act to Australia and New Zealand for the first time, telling fans "you might be seeing me soon."
The singer made the comments during an appearance on KIIS FM's *The Smallzy Show*, where he was promoting his newly released album *KONNAKOL*, which arrived April 17. "Australia and New Zealand are two of the big places in my mind," he said, as reported by Billboard. "I remember performing there in the band… what the crowds were like, what the people were like… I feel like I want to go back there."
Zayn hasn't set foot on an Australian stage since February 2015, when he toured the country with One Direction shortly before his departure from the group. Despite scoring a Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 with "Pillowtalk" and releasing multiple solo albums, live touring has been notably limited compared to his former bandmates.
The timing could work. Zayn is about to embark on a 31-date tour spanning North America, South America, Mexico and the U.K. from May through November, meaning any Australian and New Zealand dates would likely fall into a later window. For now, nothing is confirmed — but for fans who have waited over a decade, even the suggestion feels significant.
